Terms of Agreement

Effective Date: 06/16/2025
By enrolling in the Marketplace Ministry Biblical Studies & Ordination School (“the School”), you (“the Student”) agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Purpose Only

The School provides biblical teaching and ministerial training for personal and spiritual development. While ordination and certificates may be awarded upon completion of the program, the School does not guarantee:

Employment or ministry placement
Income or business success
Licensing outside of this School
Acceptance by any denomination or church

2. No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice

All teachings and communications are for spiritual and educational purposes only. The School, its founder, or its representatives do not offer legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Students are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for such matters.

3. Student Responsibility

You agree to:

Participate in classes and assignments to the best of your ability
Respect other students and leadership
Refrain from disruptive behavior
Seek clarification when needed using the channels provided

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in dismissal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and teachings are the intellectual property of the School. You may not:

Reproduce
Distribute
Share
Resell

…any materials without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

Tuition payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written policy. Payment plans must be honored according to agreed terms. Access to the program may be restricted for non-payment.

6. No Promises or Guarantees

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

Your growth is your responsibility
Results may vary based on personal effort
The School is not responsible for outcomes outside the scope of its teachings

You agree that no guarantees of success—spiritual, professional, or personal—have been made.

7. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless the School, its founder, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your participation, including:

Emotional or psychological distress
Disagreement with content
Interpretation or misapplication of teachings

8. Confidentiality and Conduct

You agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of private information shared in class settings
Refrain from recording sessions unless permitted
Treat others with Christian love, dignity, and honor

Violation may result in removal from the program.

9. Program Modification

The School reserves the right to:

Change course content, schedule, or format
Substitute instructors
Terminate or postpone the program for any reason

Notice will be given as reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between you and the School. No oral statements or other representations shall be binding unless included in a written amendment signed by both parties.
